In January 2015, the Company established Suzhou Qian Dai (www.suzhoumoney.com), an online lending intermediary platform which focuses on online “peer-to-peer” lending demands between the borrowers and lenders under the principle of “inclusion, innovation, standard and transparency”. During the four years since its launch, Suzhou Qian Dai recorded the accumulated transaction volume of more than RMB5 billion and became an influential online lending intermediary in Jiangsu Province. In June 2017, Suzhou Qian Dai officially launched the bank fund custody system. In March 2018, Suzhou Qian Dai obtained the level 3 certification for information security protection and took another step on safe and compliant operation.
